Involved in all aspects of plant operations and maintenance, outage planning, outage execution, project management, and budget development. Also managed support functions including warehouse and storeroom, chemistry lab, front office, engineering, and accounting. Served as Operations Supervisor as needed, supervising 16 operators and maintenance technicians. Responsible for $2-3 million annual maintenance budget.

Lab Supervisor. Managed staff of 13 chemists and technicians, analyzing >25,000 samples yearly, $1M annual budget. Specialized in water and wastewater, PCBs, oil quality, and radiological analysis of environmental samples from 4 nuclear power plants. Performed all personnel management functions including recruitment and hiring, training and development, performance evaluation, leave and pay administration. Organized and led several seminars and workshops on subjects such as wastewater sampling, water treatment, supervisor training, administrative services improvement, and cost reduction.
